What we collect

• When you send a booking request: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the car, your dates and times, the pickup place (and your hotel name or flight details if you give them), any extras you choose and your message.
• When you use the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message.
• When you call or message us on WhatsApp: your phone number and what you tell us.
• When you collect a car, we also record the details needed for the rental agreement at our office.

Why we use it

• To answer your question or booking request, confirm availability and your price, and prepare your rental.
• To keep the records required for the rental agreement, insurance, damage and accounting.
• We do not sell your details and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

Messages from the website are sent to our email inbox and stored by our website host. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp. We share information with the police or an insurer only when it is needed after an accident, damage or theft, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Booking requests and messages that do not lead to a rental: 12 months. Rental records: as long as the law and our insurance require.
